Parent Training Course
Equipping Parents to Talk to Their Kids About Sex
Schedule: 5 weeks on Mondays at 6:30 PM
Dates: June 9 – July 14 (no session during SURGE week)
Most parents dread talking with their children about sex. They don’t know what to say or how to say it. They often wonder:
- If I bring it up, am I planting ideas?
- How do I know if they’re ready?
- Isn’t this too early—should I wait until middle school?
- What if they’ve already seen pornography?
- How much of my own history should I share?
- Is masturbation okay or wrong?
- What if they ask something I can’t answer?
Rodney and Traci Wright bring 10 principles, practical tools, and real-life experiences to help parents navigate these questions with confidence and grace. You’ll hear from experts and real families about the positive impact of normalizing healthy conversations about sex and sexuality in the home.
It’s not about one “big talk”—it’s about building a foundation for ongoing, open conversations.
